For example, you can choose John Kerry's 2004 campaign, and rather than pick John Edwards for VP, you choose Dick Gephart or Howard Dean.

Or you're Dole in 96 and you do something differently.

What's your campaign and what are you changing?

Sanders 2016: Improve outreach to black voters

This was arguably even more important in 2020. Bernie had the wind totally at his back before South Carolina, in which the black vote decimated his chances.
