If so, which incumbent would be more vulnerable to a loss & how would redistricting look?

Would depend on redistricting. But I think there's a good chance they put parts of Orange/Seminole into Republican districts.

I’d assume FL-07 if Republicans attach blood red parts of Volusia county to Seminole rather than blue parts of Orange county.

If they aggressively gerrymander, they could probably draw a district winnable for Republicans in 2022, but that could backfire in 2024 and beyond.

Yes, virtually certainly the area will be redrawn to go from 3 Safe D seats to 2.

If it weren't for the VRA, I could see Republicans attempting to crack Orlando (and even then, I wouldn't be surprised if they ignored it and just sued to get the entire VRA overturned.)
