Vance wins by 4.1%, he underperforms Trump's margin by half from 2016 and 2018, but he outperforms the polls by least a few points.

This is about what I'm expecting. Probably a result where dems win PA, GA, NV, but maybe not WI.

I would be far more interested in the results nationwide (particularly OH's surrounding states) as these results would indicate at least a modestly good night for Democrats.

Neutral, leaning decent night for Democrats. If Republicans are only winning by 4% in Ohio, they're probably losing Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and possibly Nevada.

Likely means Democrats win PA, but I don’t see how this would tell us anything about NV, AZ, NC, or even WI.

Neutral environment when controlling for candidate quality. If Ryan holds his weight in Lake Erie’s bronzland then it bodes well for Fetterman’s prospects in Pittsburgh/Scranton metros. Likewise MI-07, MI-08, MI-10, PA-07, PA-08, and PA-17 are all absolute dogfights in such a scenario.
