• First off - HOLY HELL the copy and paste job of this as well as lack of spacing, proper grammar and correct spelling is enough to give someone schizophrenia trying to read this.

• I don’t get why it says “VP Johnson resigns cause of scandal” and LeRoy Collins replaces him. But then it says VP Johnson is sworn in as VP in 1965 (along side President Kennedy).....

• No chance in hell Kennedy’s approval rating would hit the 20’s within 4 months of troops being sent to Vietnam

• Also, the JFK wouldn’t have followed the Johnson Vietnam plan actually makes a lot of sense. He was a more practical pragmatic politican, he said numerous times it was there war and they had to win it. He was a lot more tempered when dealing with the military leadership unlike Johnson who bought everything they said hook line and sinker.

• It’s possible RFK loses in NY in 1968 but the popularity of JFK likely means he wins. And a third entrant in the race that ran under the banner conservative would assuredly split the GOP vote.
