This poll might very well be trash but this Patriot Trumper Party (PTP) needs to happen! I want like 20 solid years of Dem domination Tongue

Democrats in 1854: Haha, these Republicans will split the vote and we will win easily for the next 20 years

That had more to do with the fact that both parties were splitting at the time, it's not like the Republican side splitting in the 1850s somehow hurt the Democrats.

A Trump centered third party could only help the Democrats, especially over the timescales we're talking about. Neither the rump Republican Party leftover nor the new Trump Party would have much potential to expand, and the Democrats don't have any division or decisive individual large enough to cause a similar split.
