By my calculations Biden still narrowly won it.  It is 80% white and Florida while not totally a southern state culturally, there are very few areas in Florida where Biden won white vote.  Many of the urban areas in southern half, Biden got in 40s amongst whites, but winning them outright seemed to struggle with.
