What if Trump was up against Biden in 2019 instead of 2020?

Hot take: The 2020 map minus Georgia. I'm not sure Florida or North Carolina would flip.

Early 2019: Biden, narrowly.

Late 2019: Trump, narrowly.

Trump definitely wins the EV without Covid or George Floyd protests...probably still loses the popular vote.

I am thinking that Donald Trump would have won with the 326 map and maybe a 2% popular vote victory in a scenario without COVID and the George Floyd protests. Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Maine-AL, and Rhode Island would have been the closest Trump states, whereas Arizona would have been the closest Biden state.

Trump wins, but loses the Popular vote. PA, WI, and NV are the closest states.

I'd probably say that Trump might have won if it was held a year earlier. This scenario reminds me of Boris Johnson's landslide win that year, even though the situations are completely different. In a way, he was lucky he got to hold his snap election and win a thumping majority right before COVID began.
