I've done all of those

1. Numerous, all between ages 14 and 16.  One was one that the Man v. Food guy actually failed.
2. Several times in a bunch of different countries
3. On my dad who was so high on pills that he was unable to stand
4. Hospitalized for 6 days in Peru when I was 17
5. Twice as a child
6. Over Iguazu Falls just before my 23rd birthday
7. On the same trip to Peru when I was 17, just pre-hospital
8. With Rick Santorum (and about 8-10 others) in college
9. When I was 12 and 13
10. On a handful of occasions, twice on local Nashville news and once on FOX News
11. In college on a few occasions.  I did sumo suit basketball, a donut eating contest (plus a half court shot as part of my prize for winning), trivia, and donut cornhole.
12. I applied to be on Survivor
13. Many times with my dad when he's been on drugs severely (he'll be 1 year sober in 3 weeks though!)
14. I went to Rancho Del Cielo, also known as the Reagan Ranch, my senior year of college.  It's owned by Young America's Foundation.
15. I think it was my freshman or sophomore year of high school.  I lasted a week.

You forgot to allow us to vote for multiple options. I think a mod could fix the poll

Thanks!  I just looked, but I couldn't edit it myself.  Mods, please fix if you are able!

One time I called my mom to call 911 for me because I was too scared to, which in hindsight, was stupid since she was in a totally different state at the time.

Only the second one, and it was only a 10-foot cliff. I have had a spinal tap before, though.

I was at Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. Right as Game 6 ended the night before my uncle called and asked if we could get to Cleveland for Game 7. My wife and I left Illinois at about 12, after I got permission to skip a law school presentation thing. We drove to Cleveland, and got there about an hour and a half before the game. After the game and the celebration, we drove back starting at about 1 local time and got home at 6:45. When I showed up at my evidence class the following day, the professor (former judge) asked if anyone had been out all night long celebrating I told my story and I got a standing ovation lol.

Since the poll has still not been changed to allow for multiple options, I will just list here the four I am sure I have done.

I've called 911, I've ridden in a helicopter, I've been to the Amazon, and I've been on TV (if you consider being one of seven members of a chorus to not be a "crowd"; I was a member of the Gateway Men's Chorus, St. Louis, for a few years, and in a promotion for our upcoming concert, seven of us sang "Carry On My Wayward Son" on the Fox affiliate, Channel 2, KTVI, St. Louis). On the other hand, I'm not sure what you mean to try to be a literal carnivore.
