My interactions with him have been fairly limited, but he's never seemed to cause much trouble here. I would give him a Neutral rating. Moreover, he tends to do a good job of posting information about congressional votes and hearings, and is probably the only poster on here who makes his own electoral projections of races.

It may sound Petty, but I find his faux "network" election calls annoyingly pretentious. Especially when the number he's had to walk back indicates he's not that good at it.

Still, at least some kudos for actively posting the results of every State Legislative special election race around the country it seems.
