Seafood (specifically fish and shellfish), but I eat chicken the most. I also really like the soy jerky and mock duck Taiwan exports to the US.

Beef and lamb.

Pork is meh, unless it's a schnitzel smothered in mushroom gravy.

Chicken is overrated, unless it's KFC.

It depends. When it is done good, beef is the kind of meat I like the most. However I find chicken to be the more consistent. Beef can sometimes go wrong and taste not great, while it's hard to get chicken wrong. I will still give beef the edge, but chicken is a close second.

Pork is slightly behind those 2 but it's still quite good. Where I find pork excels however is when doing things that aren't exactly meat; ie things like chorizo, morcilla, Spanish ham, etc.

Mutton tastes decent enough but I rarely eat it.

Fish and seafood depend a lot on the specifics. Fish in particular can be all over the place. It can taste good, it can taste bad; it can be easy to eat or it can be annoying to eat with tons of little bones

Seafood is very similar in that it depends on what you are eating. Octopus and calamari taste pretty good. Prawns are also pretty good. Shrimp tastes decent but is annoying to peel. However everything outside of that I tend to dislike.

In the "others" category I'd add rabbit, which I eat sometimes and tastes ok.

Sal de gusano is actually really good and crispy crushed ants aren't bad either.

Overall, chicken, which I like in all its forms, but my single favourite kind of meat is steak.

Beef or lamb. Both are great. I eat beef a lot more often though.

Pork is good but I'm not a huge fan of pork chops. Seafood is also good but some is much better than others. Chicken can be good cooked right but usually it's not my first choice of meat.

Pork, easily, but partially by design since I don't buy a lot of beef. In any case, 90% of my consumption is chicken or tuna.

I tend to like lighter meats such as fish, I always feel a tad sick whenever I consume too much red meat.
