I love the taste and feeling of succulent meat in my mouth. While I acknowledge the health and environmental benefits of vegetarianism/veganism, it is not a lifestyle I can embrace.


Orthodoxy really has changed you, hasn't it?

Neither, as I'm a pescatarian. But seafood as a whole actually doesn't make up a major part of my diet compared to vegetarian dishes.
