I feel more threatened by a pit bull than someone open-carrying a firearm. At least one of them doesn't deliberately target the closest available child on a whim.
I'm noticing where I'm that there are a lot of people bringing their dogs into stores lately, even though they're very clearly
not service animals. (To be fair, it's not very often but it's still way more often than it ever should be.) Is this just entitlement on the part of the owners, or is it a bleeding heart "emotional support" animal thing? As recently as two or three years ago, you were simply not allowed to get a dog past the front door of any establishment unless you were disabled in some way and your dog had the service animal vest.
