Good morning everyone,

It is time to begin the opening of the Tenth Council of Lincoln. The following individuals are hereby summoned to service per their election in this month's elections:

The Honorable Brother Jonathan of Vermont
The Honorable KaiserDave of Vermont
The Honorable S019 of New Jersey
The Honorable Dwarven Dragon of Pennsylvania
The Honorable IBNU of Connecticut

I hereby give Councilor S019 of New Jersey the mandate to form government in my name as Chancellor.

The Question is On Whether This Council has Confidence in Councilor S019 to Form Government in the Name of His Excellency Governor R2D2
