The weather looks unpleasant for tonight's game - 50F with 7-10 mph winds and intermittent rain showers.

It's interesting that Braves haven't lost a game at home, if the Astros can break that streak
.

The Dodgers cant sweep at home, that Pujos struck out😭😭😃

He's gone just like Russell Martin was gone after the Dodgers lost

Dodgers are blaming Trevor Bauer for losing and Bauer was the one that said that his teammates were taking the Wrld Series for Granted before the sex charge

Just as I thought, Astros are gonna get use to Atlanta the 4th game, they're not the Dodgers that strike out, PUJOS is washed up, that's why he is gonna retire this yr and needs to

He has been a shell of himself since he signed with Angels.

He hits homeruns but he strikes out in crucial situations

Houston is just like the Dodgers can't beat Braves in Atlanta, I wish Oakland As would have won the Division now we in LA have to listen to Braves as Champs after Dodgers beat them last yr.

All because Pujos, Bauer didn't surface in the Playoffs

I like Tom Brady and Freddy Freeman but the rivalry is there since they beat LA I can't root for them after Braves beat Dodgers and Brady beat Rams in 2019 Superbowl 13/7 we only lost because Goff was intercepted and no Kupp

I only rooted for Brady last yr because Chiefs best NINERS

The 12th best team hoists a trophy, what an insult to the entire history of the game. 162 games don't matter.

Would you prefer to go back to the era of no divisions, where the two teams with the best record from each league meet in the World Series?

I tend to veer towards tradition, yes. I understand the mechanics are rough, but I would prefer fewer teams in the postseason obviously. I would say that four is ideal in a sport full of so much randomness. But we'll never go to that because the smaller markets - outside Tampa - wouldn't have a prayer (not that they have much of a chance in the current conditions, but they have broken through)

The fun thing about this is that Braves still had the best record of the teams that’d likely make up a 7-8 team NL East.

Atlanta has such a rich history of coming up short, from the 1990s Braves dynasty that seldom won it all to 28-3, that I think the Astros have a very good chance of winning.

The Braves certainly hit 95% probability to win the World Series in-game tonight. With Georgia football independently at 35-40% to win the College Football playoff, there had to be about 97% chance of winning something this year. I still think they will, but hopefully it's limited to one title. Guess I'd prefer that to be UGA but not by all that much.

GA Moderate - pick your preferred champion! 40 year drought ended by an actually good team finally besting its five biggest rivals (who have won 14.5 titles in that span, maybe 15.5 if you count Tennessee) or 25 year drought ended by a lucky mediocre team pulling it altogether (after a period where just the Phillies took 1; don't know if you can count the Nationals or Marlins as much of a rival - probably less painful than the Yankees' 4 but half of those were against the Mets and Phillies at least)

I'm not sure what relevance the Georgia Bulldogs have to a discussion of Atlanta teams.

Don't forget Atlanta Falcons chocked in 2017 against Pats and Dominique Wilkins never won a title due to Jordan and ij 2011 Falcons were supposed to win that yr and Packers won

Atlanta Braves chickens last yr, against Dodgers, but Dave Roberts is wearing egg on his face for getting rid of Joc Pederson

I never really cared for Dave Roberts after blowing the World Series twice they should of fired him, he has 1 more yr, they should wait til next yr to give him a contract extension, I don't trust him next yr either

UGA, no question.  They have their best team in a generation and legitimately look like the best team in the country.  If they don't win the championship it will be a real disappointment.  The Braves, OTOH, have already far exceeded expectations this year.  While of course I want them to win the Series, I'll be happy with their season even if they fall short.  They've been playing on house money through the whole postseason.

Braves arent unbeatable on the Road like they were at Home, I never seen especially the Dodgers a bunch of overpaid athletes that couldn't beat a team at Home in Atlanta

Astros did their job getting it back to TX but they should of won 2 not 1

Joc Peterson struck out, just like Pujos and Betts and Betts explanation for his strike outs and his 365M dollar inflated contract everyone wants to beat the Dodgers, they did and you struck out
