Mike Tauchman, batting .183, has singlehandedly flipped three games from the loss to the win column for the Giants in a span of two weeks.

I love baseball.

Betts needs to start hitting his normal 300 average, it's out ful he is getting paid 30M and hitting 257 that's why that lost to TX

Clippers look they can indeed win the title

Cub fans all pack at Wrigley, but Six Std not too many fans, the only time Six Std was full was during 2005 when Six won Wrld Series

Was fortunate enough to be in the bleachers last night for the giant cup snakes and the sweep of St Louis. Chicago is roaring back, both the team and the city! Smiley

I only went to Wrigley when I was a kid, of you go to Sox Std you get better seats and can move up and catch the ball once fans leave just like Dodgers Std, it's Covid and why pack yourself in, it's not over

When I get on buses I still get a cough from homeless people

Any MLB player caught with foreign substances will get a 10-day suspension, effective June 21.

ESPN:
Quote
Major League Baseball is expected to announce Tuesday that it will suspend players caught with any foreign substance for 10 days with pay to help curtail the widespread use of grip enhancers by pitchers around the league, sources familiar with the plans told ESPN.

The league is expected to distribute a memo to teams -- which have been briefed on the broad strokes of the policy change -- that outlines its plans to penalize all players caught by umpires with any foreign substance on their person, from the widely used sunscreen-and-rosin combination to Spider Tack, an industrial glue that has become a favorite among pitchers who want to generate more spin on the ball.

And the Astros just pulled Odorizzi due to pitch count to begin the sixth inning. Cristian Javier is now pitching for Houston.

Another pathetic performance by Mookie Betts, Dodgers 30 M dollar man, as I said before he is worth 10M not 30 M like Anthony Davis

Betts reminds me of Cubs 100M dollar mistake Alfonso Soriano, but at least Betts did give Dodgers a title

LeBron is clearly on the verge of Retirement and Lakers are gonna be a lottery team soon

LeBron doesn't need any more injuries and have 200M, without working, LeBron is one injury or one title away from Retirement

Jacob DeGrom's ERA is down to 0.50.

That's not a typo. He has more RBI's this season, than runs allowed.

Wander has arrived. His first major-league hit is a game-tying three-run homer, and he came back out of the dugout for a curtain call after — Trop’s as loud as I’ve ever heard it. And he’s 20!

Zach Davies, Ryan Tepera, Andrew Chapin and Craig Kimbrel combine to no-hit the Los Angeles Dodgers, as the Cubs win 4-0 at Dodger Stadium.

The combined no-hitter is the seventh in the Major Leagues this season.

A friendly reminder that the MLB Trade Deadline is only a month away, as we have a trade.

Quote
The Toronto Blue Jays acquired reliever Adam Cimber and outfielder Corey Dickerson, who is injured, in a trade Tuesday with the Miami Marlins.

Miami obtained infielder Joe Panik and minor league reliever Andrew McInvale. The Blue Jays also received cash considerations from the Marlins.

Wow, the pro-Trump and Barstool Sports cringelord Bauer, who harassed a female reporter for months for criticizing him, is under investigation for domestic assault? Say it ain't so!

Bad news for the Mets? The Braves dropped twenty runs on them yesterday.

The Good News for the Mets? The undisputed best pitcher in baseball, Jacob DeGrom will be starting tonight.

I wish the Braves would have saved a few of those runs for tonight.

A couple pieces of Yankees news.

First, the Yankees made a trade with the Diamondbacks to get Outfielder Tim Locastro. They send AA pitcher Keegan Curtis to Arizona.

More importantly, with the Bronx Bombers struggling (they're in fourth, ahead of only the Baltimore Orioles), owner Hal Steinbrenner gave General Manager Brian Cashman and Manager Aaron Boone the dreaded vote of confidence.

Will Cashman/Boone be the first GM/Manager fired this season?

Tigers have 2 winning months in a row after a 8-22 start the Cats are heating up, hoping that we keep up this. We can compete for a playoff spot next year if we keep developing our young pieces.
