They are competent at refusing to do what their voters want.

At the state level yes. At the federal level less so.

At the state level yes. At the federal level less so.

They're more competent (even if also more corrupt) in my state than they are federally.

They just won the trifecta when many doubted it could happen. I'll at least give them credit for that. I also think this question would be better asked in two years than now, when a new Democratic presidency has literally just begun.

If by incompetent you mean prioritizing corporate/special interest donors over ordinary people, then yes.

Obvious no, although plenty of individuals are fairly incompetent.

Biden, Obama and Clinton are obsviously more competent than George Bush and DJT so you make that call

At the state and local level that depends

No, but Republicans often fight harder. I wish Democrats would, too.

No, they're doing what the donors told them. Charges of incompetence are apologetics at this point - they know exactly what they are doing.

Of course not, we are the Majority party again, bit they Acquitted Bill Clinton and it's laughable that Nadler, Pelosi, Schumer and Waters said that Clinton shouldn't resign.

After Impeachment is over, we will get to our issues

They haven’t had real power in ten years. Let’s see what they get done this time.
