Tompkins County, NY is the only other one.

Both Marin and Tompkins contained the type of voter-middle class to upper class, educated, white-collar, and socially liberal-who strongly supported John Anderson in 1980 and who became alienated by the Republican Party's turn to the right during that period, as was embodied by the Reagan Revolution. These two were among the Reagan 1980 counties that Mondale gained in 1984.
