Any list not including Silvio Berlusconi is suspect.

Italy is quite obviously evil clown Berluconi, although D'Alema was a rather underrated source of horror.

D'Alema has notoriously ghoul status among certain circles on the left [which I only get in part, since I suppose I'm too young to remember a time where he was more than an occasional talk show presence who makes cunning left-leaning remarks] but to be fair he doesn't belong here in any case, as his term ended in 2000 - so still in the 20th century.

As I once said:

To be fair, compared to Northern Europeans and their hyper-developed utopias, we Italixns have all the tracts of ethnic minorities deserving protected status:
- poorer
- less educated
- darker skin
- oppressed [by the EU]
- more religious
- more culturally """retrograde"""
- better food

Also a funny thing is that as far as I remember a bad taste joke about Italy being a third world country which made me very nervous is how my now great forum relationship with Cath started.
