Here is a list of the counties in a state that best mirrored the state's results. For Example, Biden won MI by 2.8%, so the county in Michigan closest to Biden+2.8 is the best bellwether for that state.

AZ: Maricopa County
AR: Woodruff County
CA: Solano County
CO: Clear Creek County
CT: New Haven County
DE: Kent County
FL: St. Lucie County
GA: Washington County

Williamson County might technically have voted the closest to the Tennessee statewide vote in 2020 (3 points to the right of it, but no county was super close), but to paint it as remotely the best political representation of the state is kind of funny.

Lol, imagine if someone told you in October that Zapata would be the best bellwether county in Texas. You'd really wonder what on earth happened that led Biden to win Texas by >20 points...
