Not sure if PSOL, meant the SALT deduction or SALT as in just the term for the taxes. S019 obviously means the deduction.

edit: Yes I do concur the  SALT deduction is pretty bad.

I meant the taxes.

Can I just say that the SALT cap is indeed the Achilles heel in American society right now. Right now, more flexibility is needed to keep local services funded in the worst downturn since the 1930s
