Richard Nixon has a stroke/aneurism/heart attack between Inauguration Day 1969 and Election Day 1972.

Spiro Agnew is now President.

Nothing. Agnew was widely considered by the Nixon White House & the Republican establishment to be an oaf - for lack of a better word - who didn't have astute political skills. He'd probably just delegate foreign policy to Kissinger & domestic policy to Nixon advisers like Haldeman & Ehrlichman. When the tax evasion issues come to light, he'll be out just as quickly as he was in real life.
