They shouldn't.  I think Trump should be pardoned and forgotten about.  Nothing says unity less than charging a former political opponent,  even if he does deserve it.

This is equivalent to saying a President can get away with any crimes without penalty.  Surely that's not what you want, is it?

Sometimes it is better to smooth things over and let bygones be bygones.

There are no bygones for literal sedition.

I remember thinking that the Bush administration was going to pay once Obama became President.

Why? Bush was never impeached and violated international law moreso.
