From the foreign policy perspective (which as someone from outside the US is far more important than the rest.), he certainly deserves a C, being the first American President since Carter not to start a war,  reducing American troop presence and for managing to normalize relations between Israel and some Middle Eastern countries. Of course he is responsible for increasing drone bombings, so this is why he doesn't deserve a higher score.

Of course it helps that the alternative was Hillary Clinton, who would be a solid "F" on foreign policy.

 Only a complete hack would argue otherwise. 400,000 Americans died from Covid on his watch, when the simple act of universal mask wearing alone could have prevented 40-50% of them. On multiple occasions he solicited foreign interference in our elections, including attempted blackmail of our ally Ukraine. He pushed to have the votes of millions of Americans thrown out in order to steal an election, and with his lies incited a violent mob that attempted to kill members of Congress and the Vice President. He gives aid and comfort to our enemies, foreign and domestic. It is a sad, sad commentary on our justice system that he is not in prison already.

Was a D before the insurrection, but it ends at a Solid F. Allowing the insurrection to occur overrides any of the things he did that I liked (dodd frank rollback, leaving Paris climate agreement, usmca, some of the judges, first step act).
