Carlson has continuously been right on Ukraine, Albright is a HP war criminal and Stonetoss (while being too extreme sometimes) is a legitimately funny cartoonist.
I don't see the problem and I don't see how this conflicts with any of the journalistic standards or politics he had 10 years ago.

Again, Greenwald's behavior makes perfect sense when you accept that his brand of leftism is anti-America before anything else. He's not opposed to foreign wars because he's opposed to invading countries under false pretenses and killing civilians, he's just opposed to America doing it. He's a joke and an ideologue and should not be taken seriously. He doesn't have a single principle that he won't throw down the toilet if it presents him with an opportunity to be an anti-American contrarian, and he's always been this way. The only reason he seems different is because he used to, purely by coincidence, fall into a position that somewhat overlapped with the humane and rational one.

Greenwald is and always has been a wokescold. If anyone ever dared to criticize suicide bombing or the oppression of women in the Islamic world then he'd immediately show up to tell them about how they were Islamophobic because of it. He was always accusing people of supporting genocide too if they disagreed with him, even if it had nothing to do with their conversation. He was worse than any DEI czar when it came to smearing people as bigots for disagreeing with him, so it's funny to see him get co-opted by the right as whatever it is they think he is now.

Tucker Carlson Admits He Was Wrong On Russia-Ukraine In Most Petulant Way

The Fox News personality ― who in the past has confessed to lying on his show ― admitted his commentary on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had been misguided.

But instead of taking full responsibility for his rhetoric parroting Kremlin talking points and defending Russian President Vladimir Putin, Carlson instead suggested Russia’s aggression had been a surprise (despite Western powers warning of it for months) and then snidely tried to pin the blame on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

“We’ve been taken by surprise by the whole thing. We’re not the only ones who were, but we’re willing to admit it. The only thing more embarrassing than being wrong in your estimates is pretending that you weren’t,” blustered Carlson, who has taken a different tone since the invasion and has whined about being falsely accused of rooting for Russia.

The United Nations warns that the civilian casualty statistics it publishes daily don't capture the full impact of the war in Ukraine — while military experts say the number of Ukrainian civilians killed by Russian forces likely won't be known until years after the conflict ends.

Experts say the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is providing the most accurate daily statistics on Ukraine's civilian casualties. But the OHCHR itself says it may be greatly underestimating the real casualty rate.

I've mentioned it before in this thread many times, but it's worth repeated, a few years ago he was going through his Islamic terrorism apologia phase, and he was non-stop insinuating that suicide bombings or honor killings or acid attacks against feminists in the Middle East were actually the victims' fault because the only reason ISIS is doing what it is doing is because of how mean the west was, yada yada yada. There's no civilian death that Greenwald won't excuse if it's in line with whatever his morally bankrupt worldview sees as acceptable.
