Let's say that the only thing you know about Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania before election day is that they are decided by 8.2%, 8.0%, 0.6%, 1.2%, and 2.8%.  You don't know who wins the states or which margin belongs to which state. What would you have thought?

Probably would have though what ended up happening, except for with WI/PA switched and maybe Ohio/Iowa. I just couldn't imagine that one of MI/WI/PA  voted so far apart from the others.

Trump wins all those states but MI as I thought if OH/IA voted Trump by more than 7 points then that means he wins PA/WI.

I absolutely never would have thought Trump would win Mahoning County while losing Erie County

I assume Biden wins MI by 8.2%, PA by 8.0%, and WI by 2.8%, and Trump wins Ohio by 1.2% and Iowa by 0.6%

The same as it actually went down, but maybe with Pennsylvania and Wisconsin flipped since late PA polls were tightening.
