Kinda screwed Padilla over with seniority. He could have been sworn in before the entire 2020 intake, and instead he'll be tied for last with Ossoff and Warnock. Oh well. I guess those things don't really matter much anymore.

He'll actually be ahead of Ossoff and Warnock since CA has a higher population than GA.
