35% against Trump in the primary is probably the largest we've seen. Also lmfao at them including tulsi and here actually getting more than Greg Abbot and Kristi Noem.

I actually find that believable, I expect someone like Bill Kristol or John Kasich would get 1-2% in a Democratic primary poll ahead of some governors few have heard of.

7% saying they're never voting for a Republican ever again and approximately 25% saying he should've resigned and/or faced legal action is pretty stunning.

If those are even close to accurate, that's still at least a couple million people that voted Trump that are, for now, not willing to vote for him if he's the 2024 candidate. Both of the two major parties' coalitions are fragile. With the rate the GOP is losing first-time voters, they can't afford to lose this kind of support. I don't believe that many of the Republicans upset by the insurrection will be unable to convince themselves to vote for Republicans (and even Trump himself if it comes to that) again in the future, but I think this is a red flag, especially since they'll be going against an incumbent in 2024 whose record is likely to be much more popular than Trump's was when he lost reelection.

I'm not sure about other polls that are framed as "Trump" vs. "Not Trump" without naming the alternatives.  But for polls that actually name potential alternatives in the primary, Trump is *not* as high as 65% in most of them.  E.g., the Morning Consult poll that came out just a few days before this one is here:

https://talkelections.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=424062.0

And it has Trump at 42%, and other Republicans combined at 48%, with the rest undecided.
