No, the nomination is Shapiro’s. Maybe down the line he’d make a good statewide candidate.

He has SOLID working class appeal, he's young and handsome and he is popular with the Black and Latino community in his district, along with impoverished white people....he sends Medicaid grants to Erie....he could be a candidate who could cut into the Republican base....

He needs to have the energy that Wolf had in 2014 that increased turnout in Philly and Pittsburgh. Shapiro needs to be more jugular and aggressive against the GOP.
