wouldn't it past Trump to use the pardon as a bargaining chip.  "I won't give u a pardon unless u agree to no fees for ur failure to overthrow the election."  Congrats Rudy, this is what you get.

I almost have to give Giuliani credit for managing to out-con a conman. Still, he is succumbing to what literally every other person who has ever tied themselves to Trump has-him eventually betraying you and/or making you take the fall for something. I have no sympathy for either him or Trump-two unprincipled grifters who deserve every negative thing they get. I hope the circular firing squad keeps at it. Trump's circle of sycophants was never going to be sustainable so long as their center revolved around a man who looks at every interaction with every other human being as transactional.
