Hopefully committee Dems vote yes so Republicans are forced to take a stance on it on the house floor.

It's not going to get voted on in committee either. Republicans filed Articles of Impeachment against Obama too. None of them were voted on, even under Republican control of the House.

Speaking of MTG's children, this was supposedly posted on FB by her daughter.

I can't figure out if this is a hoax from someone not actually her daughter, crazy not falling far from the crazy tree, or a brilliant version of Claudia Conway trolling her psycho mom.

That feels like a hoax or spoof.

It’s a hoax. This same woman did a 5-minute “sketch” in which she pretended to be the wife of the podium guy from the Capitol attacks.

Her whole deal is pretending to be the relative of various notorious Trump supporters, saying ridiculous stuff and then posting it to her Twitter. Obviously it appears to be satire on her account, because she’s pretending to be different people in each video.

The problem is, the videos get spread around without that context, and people assume that they’re real. I’ll admit, I was fooled the first time around too. We’re so through the looking glass with some of these people that it’s increasingly hard to tell joke from reality.

Actually I think part of the reason her videos get mistaken as real as well is because she's really not that funny as is the case with about 99% of Internet celebrities.

So expelling MTG is basically an impossibility because of the 2/3 threshold but what about stripping her of her committee assignments like some Democrats are talking about? That would only take a majority vote, correct?
