Trump's approval has gone down roughly 5%, so I'd assume a roughly 5% d swing presidentially, and a roughly 3% d swing down the ballot.

I'd say North Carolina, Florida, and Texas all flip if the election happened again today. Those three states move a whopping 82 electoral votes to Biden, cementing the perception of a landslide win in the eyes of the general public.
