Biden won 224/435 Congressional Districts, or 51.49% of CDs. Biden won 51.27% of the Popular Vote

HRC won 205/435 Congressional Districts, or 47.13% of CDs. HRC won 48.02% of the Popular Vote

Obama 2012 won 209/435 Congressional Districts, or 48.05 of CDs. Obama 2012 won 51.01% of the Popular Vote.

Shows how much the 2010 census GOP gerrymanders fell apart.

Some of the dummymanders from the beginning of the decade haven't aged well.

In Texas for instance, Biden won 14/36 congressional districts but came within a point or two in a whole bunch of them.If He had only lost Texas by let's say 3-4% instead of 5.5% , he probably could have won a majority in CDs. Also Beto won a majority of Texas house districts despite losing to Ted Cruz so I wonder how Biden did as well.

I do wonder if Biden wins in 2024 and the house is republican what would really happen if in This scenario if the house republicans try to reject the victory

Texas was no dummymander. It clearly delivered very well for GOP congressional candidates in 2012, 2014, and 2016. In 2018 and 2020 it was more weak but ultimately it would have to take an utter meltdown in both of those cycles for it to qualify.
