Biden got 96% in Kalawao County, Hawaii: 23 votes to only one for Trump. I don't know what Trump's best county was, but if past elections are any indication it's probably a very sparsely populated square in West Texas.

Petersburg, VA, and Baltimore, MD, had some pretty massive D margins.

Roberts County, TX, was prolly the reddest.

DC was definitely up there for most Democratic, as was Prince George's, MD.

Most Republican was probably a rural white county in the South or the Plains.

These are the record counties in the 2020 presidential election:

Roberts County, TX
Donald Trump (R) - 96.18%
Joe Biden (D) - 3.09%
R+93.09

District of Columbia
Joe Biden (D) - 92.15%
Donald Trump (R) - 5.40%
D+86.75

Kalawao County, HI (if it counts)
Joe Biden (D) - 95.83% - literally 23 votes
Donald Trump (R) - 4.16% - literally 1 vote
D+91.67
