Do we have any idea when they might vote on an organizing resolution?

The Neera Tanden hearing in general was very awkward/funny, at least compared to the average hearing. Like, she didn’t remember Biden’s proposed corporate tax rate at one point lol.

I see people saying that they already have a republican vote locked up for Tanden, but that feels like cope. They didn’t even tell Bernie about her nomination before it happened, people really over estimate how much these things are masterminded lol.

So Neera's budget committee vote is tomorrow. Assuming they don't pull her nomination before then, does Bernie still vote yes? I'm gonna say he will, but I'm much less sure of it than I was before last Friday.

Both the Homeland Security and Budget Committees have postponed votes on Tanden's nomination without rescheduling.

Are they at least using the allotted time to do something else?  There’s no sense wasting time if we can help it, although the rules may not allow this.

Doesn't seem like it.

As part of this, Duckworth is blocking Colin Kahl...Who happens to be a strong supporter of the Iran deal and diplomacy with Iran generally.
