Yellen, Garland, Buttigieg shouldn’t have any problems getting confirmed... In fact most of these won’t.

Only ones I can see having trouble are the Defense Secretary who has eligibility concerns and the DOJ person who wrote that essay 25 years ago. And possibly Neera Tanden.

No, I didn’t forget him.

And yes, it is confirmed that all 3 Senators want to be sworn in by Harris and not by Pence.

None of their swearing-in dates (let alone who they want to be sworn-in by) have yet to be confirmed, so I don't know what the basis of your claim is. Not only does Politico say that "it's unclear when Padilla will take the oath of office this week, or whether it will be administered by Harris," but the AP says that Raffensperger "could [certify the Georgia runoffs] as soon as Tuesday, conceivably allowing Padilla, Ossoff and Warnock to join the Senate together as early as that afternoon's session."

GOP doesn't seem too eager to support Mayorkas, but isn't explicitly saying No either.

Yellen says that the national debt/deficit isn't a concern right now because of low interest rates, but also says that interest rates will increase at some point and therefore the debt/deficit has to be addressed eventually.

Tim Scott is giving a speech in the Yellen hearing about the evils of a $15 minimum wage. Very amusing.

Anthony Blinken does well at his hearing so far. He's an excellent choice.

Yeah I agree. Was a bit worried about him given the largely partisan vote in 2013 for him but this seems to be smoother.

Also lol at Romney asking about Iran

A little off topic about Romney: Is it just me who realizes this, but is he stuttering much more as usual? I hope he's alright.

Hawley says he will object to a unanimous consent request to quickly move Mayorkas' nomination for DHS to a floor vote because of course he will...

He's been giving the zodiac killer a run for his money for the title worst senator these past few weeks.

Cotton says he will oppose the Waiver required for Austin, not because of anything to do with Austin himself, but on the principle of the waiver itself. Also says he regrets voting for the Mattis Waiver.

Cotton is wrong as usual.

Hopefully Austin is saved and we're not stuck with Flournoy, that would be a disaster.

The waiver is a hill worth dying on, regardless of the nominee’s individual merit, policy views, or qualifications.  That was true with Mattis and it’s true now with Austin.

The fact that Rounds came out makes me more optimistic on his chances, but it's still an uphill climb. I thought Cotton would be a yes.
