I would kind of have to be to prosecute someone.

At very minimum this is trespass or armed trespass. In Florida this would qualify as a burglary, but I'm not sure it would under Federal law. Make them all felons.

I doubt Trump is removed from office before January 20th. He'll somehow have enough support to keep him there.

Just changed the channel to OANN. They're talking with Rudy Giuliani about fake ballots in Georgia. NO coverage of what's going on...and Rudy just mentioned his line from this morning saying they need "trial by combat"!!! He'd say they mean legal combat, but I just cannot believe the tone-deafness of it all.

OANN update: The host there just said "If you hear this from the DC protest, stay! You're getting your voice heard! Just do what the president says and stay peaceful."

It's all over right wing social media that the people who stormed the Capitol were actually Antifa provocateurs. So don't expect any soul-searching or introspection out of the vast majority of them. They'll see on this "information" and believe it.

They're making the same argument on OANN.

New evidence by OANN: one of the people in the Senate photo was wearing a mask. Trump supporters don't wear masks. Therefore, that person was actually an ANTIFA infiltrator.

They're now talking about Antifa/BLM protests causing more deaths.

Before he is anything else, Graham is a survivor. He sees that Trump's goose is well and truly cooked and won't go down with the ship.

She would have been one of the most likely yes votes; I think this is a good sign that the cabinet isn't going to consider the 25th. If congressmen want him removed, they'll have to do it themselves instead calling on other people to make hard decisions.

They can still receive military ballots through Friday. The result won't be confirmed until counting (and any possible recounts) are completed.
