At very minimum this is trespass or armed trespass. In Florida this would qualify as a burglary, but I'm not sure it would under Federal law. Make them all felons.

There are much, much more serious federal charges that could be levied here, and absolutely should be.

If the police start killing people on the spot, especially innocent protestors, fire will be returned. They better be smart this time.

The unfortunate thing about all of this is that once the barrier has been broken down, this sort of thing becomes tacitly legitimized.
