If they're willing to break police lines I doubt they care much about a curfew.

This seems like a job for the military or national guard.  Armed men in the capitol that have threatened to kill members of congress seem to me like insurrectionists that have chosen their cause over the United States.

These criminals need to be arrested and prosecuted to a man. It's not without precedent; I myself prosecuted several BLM protestors from May. Its only fair that these people be treated the same way.

I genuinely don't understand how the Pentagon can deny a request to bring in the national guard.  I mean they've been brought into protests as precautionary measures and now there are armed men in the Capitol.  Is there any possible reason not to approve the request?

BASED Ralph Northam has totally made up for that whole yearbook thing now. He said “Jurisdiction? LOL no, my National Guard is marching on DC anyway.”

Can’t believe the Governor of Virginia who apparently maybe once dressed up as a Klansman is now the based defender of American democracy for ordering state troops into DC, but here we are.

There’s some irony in the fact the VA guard is kicking confederate flag-wielding people out of the Capitol.

At this point, Biden's DOJ/FBI should consider putting every remaining Trump supporter on a terrorist watch list. 

They should consider it and then not implement it.  That’s a surefire way of tearing the country apart.

They could just refuse to seat her I think.  If I am remembering correctly that's what they said about Jim Traficant in 2010.
