Probably a 2.75, honestly. He did some good things(tax cuts, mostly, most foreign policy with China and the Middle East, though execution could have been better, creation of Space Force, more focus on NASA, some bipartisan criminal reform), but did a lot of bad(GOD-AWFUL leadership for most of his presidency, his foreign policy with our allies, transgender ban from the military, his temper tantrum after losing 2020, not taking responsibility for his actions, purposely and accidentally, eg. Bible Photo Shoot and 1/6). Though it may change depending on how his presidency has effected everyone and everything, like the Bushes, Clinton, and Obama.
