Probably a black Republican, or a black Independent?

Like Catalyst said, black republican or a black person who leans conservative.

It could also be a moderate conservative of any race who was hit hard by the recession and wanted to punish the GOP

A middle class white collar worker in his 20s from out of state who lives in a metro area like OKC, Tulsa, or Bentonville.

A suburban/urban moderate from Oklahoma City, Fayetteville or Little Rock, which all swung towards Obama.

Sort of similar to how even non-college whites in Massachusetts and Rhode Island are more Democratic then the national average. Maybe when one party is overwhelmingly dominant in a state or region even people that wouldn't normally vote for them do.

Someone in Pulaski County which went 50-44 for Kerry and 55-43 for Obama. Probably the only Arkansas county that swung D in 08 though most of the swing can probably be explained by new voters turning out.

Suburban Oklahoma City

or Fayetteville (just remove Horn)

Bush - Obama - Obama/Romney - third party/Clinton - Horn - Biden voter
