It would have worked if Garland was appointed Justice thru Recess appointment, but Trump installed 3 SCOTUS NOMINEES.

AL GORE won the election, they didn't count the dimpled Chad's and Sandra Day O'connor was the swing vote

Approvals in the lower 20's-upper 30's most likely.

Republicans would be apoplectic, calling her a crazy *****.  She literally conceded the day after and they went crazy because she didn't concede the night of the election.  Democrats would have admonished her.

The problem is we have two parties that play by different rules.  Or rather, the Republicans don't play by any rules because they're largely grifters and traitors.

I don't accept the premise of the question, since we all know that this is something Hillary Clinton would never do in a trillion years & in all of the alternate universes that possibly exist.

It’s hard to say. There’s some argument to be made that between November 2016 and January 2017, Trump was precisely the sort of clear and present danger to the Republic that certain constitutional safeguards (e.g., the electoral college) were meant to protect against. It wouldn’t have gone down well, but to pretend that your hypothetical situation and the one we’re facing now would have been “equal just opposite” is pretty silly. Trump is uniquely abhorrent to any properly thinking individual.

Donald Trump would call her a nasty woman who needs to be "locked up".

Hillary conceded gracefully and people STILL hated her guts. Democrats couldn't wait to throw her under the bus. If she had attempted something like what Trump is attempting she would have had close to zero support.

This. So much this. There's a massive double standard.

I could see Kulinski and Dore cr%^ming themselves if she also followed the actual platform to the letter AND acted like that.

Fox News would go on and on about how she’s going to attempt a coup.

Implying he didn’t already do that...

Eh, I am actually a fan of Hillary. But if it came down to one state like Pennsylvania I could see her calling Tom Wolf asking for a few thousand votes.
