Can members of the NAACP be racist?

Yes. They can be closet racists trying to inflitrate the organization (similarly, Michael Moore joined the NRA with the intent to infilitrate it and eventually shut it down somehow). And it's possible that there are some NAACP members racist against other groups, such as whites or Latinos. They certainly can, though it's possible there are only a few who actually are.
