Huh. I've always thought of it as the ultimate limousine liberal county, but I guess there might be a couple ultra-rich people who just hate the idea of taxes.

Stop, you're making me blush.

Obama won every precinct in MoCo, MD (including Poolesville) in 2008 so it's plausible.

I seriously doubt Biden won all precincts in the Bronx; there are a few GOP neighborhoods there.

He didn't:

How about Berkshire County, Massachusetts? The town-level map has only one town, Florida, within ten points, and Florida only has one precinct.

Barnstable County shows a similar uniformity at the town level, but some of the relatively-closer towns there are way bigger and presumably have more precincts.

Hillary only lost one precinct in Berkshire in Monroe by 2 points so the answer is probably yes.

Monroe is actually in Franklin County (and is probably the only Franklin precinct Biden lost too), so yeah, I guess they both swept Berkshire. Interesting.

Out of curiosity, where are they? Also, what is it about their makeup that makes them Republican? White blue collar neighborhoods full of cops like Bensonhurst used to be? Hasidim neighborhoods? Uber Rich enclaves?

Just realized that Trump won only 3 precincts in Dane County, WI in 2016. Can anyone check for 2020?

Trump won the towns of Dane and Vienna both times. Not sure what happened in the Edgerton ward that comes into Dane County between 2016 and 2020. With so few voters there it could literally be a very Republican family moving in there.

Yeah, the map a few posts above is super helpful and interesting.

This actually begs the question--if Throggs Neck is an upper-middle class white desirable enclave, why does it vote GOP?

For Trump it would be a massive list, but wondering for Biden if anyone can list which counties he won every single precinct.  The ones I can think of are as follows, but someone could correct me if any others missed or Trump did win a precinct in one of these.

San Francisco
San Mateo County, California
Santa Cruz County, California
Hawaii County, Hawaii
Kalawao County, Hawaii (only one precinct)
Maui County, Hawaii
Cook County, Minnesota
Ramsey County, Minnesota
St. Louis city
Menominee County, Wisconsin
Chittenden County, Vermont
Suffolk County, Massachusetts
Nantucket County, Massachusetts
Dukes County, Massachusetts
New York County (Manhattan)
Baltimore city
Prince George's County, Maryland
District of Columbia
Charlottesville
Arlington
Alexandria
Richmond
Petersburg, Virginia

Probably some more independent cities in Virginia I missed.  Might be a few others.  I think Biden might have swept DeKalb County, Georgia but not sure.

Trump won a handful of small precincts in San Mateo and Santa Cruz in CA. Baltimore City is a no.

Confirmed as sweeps:
Sumter, AL
San Francisco, CA
Costilla, CO
Denver, CO
Lake, CO
Pitkin, CO
San Juan, CO
Summit, CO
Washington, DC
Clarke, GA
Clayton, GA
Warren, GA
Hawaii, HI
Kalawao, HI
Maui, HI
Berkshire, MA
Dukes, MA
Nantucket, MA
Norfolk, MA
Suffolk, MA
Prince George's, MD
Cook, MN
Ramsey, MN
St. Louis City, MO
Hudson, NJ (note that true precinct results were not reported in NJ this year)
Mercer, NJ (note that true precinct results were not reported in NJ this year)
Guadalupe, NM
Los Alamos, NM
Mora, NM
New York, NY
Bristol, RI
Newport, RI
Oglala Lakota, SD
Charlottesville, VA
Falls Church, VA
Petersburg, VA
Williamsburg, VA
Addison, VT
Crittenden, VT
Grand Isle, VT
Washington, VT
Windham, VT
San Juan, WA
Menominee, WI

I think a few boroughs in Alaska fall into this category as well, but I'm not 100% sure. Some key candidates include Haines, Juneau, Kusilvak, Sitka, Skagway, and Yakutat. I haven't checked a couple states yet.
