Does anyone surprised that Reagan won Montgomery county in 1984?

I'm not. Reagan actually won Montgomery County in 1980 as well. However, Reagan only carried the county by 888 votes against Walter Mondale, and in 1988, it flipped to Michael Dukakis, despite him also losing the state, to H.W. Bush.
