How would the last 4 years have changed if Trump won the PV as well as the EC

Trump lost the PV in 2016 but let's say he won the PV as well. What would change? Less investigations and a stronger claim to legitimacy, maybe less insecurities and pettiness? Or would have Trump acted bolder on his policies

For Trump to have won the PV, nearly 1.5 million Clinton voters would have had to vote for Trump instead; thus, it's not all that realistic. However, let's say that did happen. As a result, Trump almost certainly would have won NH and possibly MN (assuming the much-dreaded "uniform swing" model), giving him at least 310 EVs and possibly 320.

Past that, I doubt much would be different. Commentators who derided Americans for electing him would still deride us, and with more vigor, knowing that Trump was not elected by a historical quirk. I doubt Trump would have governed much differently than he did.
