It seems about 160 million of the approximately 240 million eligible voters voted in 2020 (2/3).  This may be an all time like to like record, given that the previous high turnout was from voters 21+ and 18-20 year olds are the least likely to turn out.  (I don't think there is much of a difference in turnout based on gender.)

For many of the people here who think they know how 2022 and even 2024 will turn out, if they can't answer this question, I don't know how they can be so sure of what will happen in 2022/2024.

The percentage of people eligible vote who voted was almost exactly 2/3.
