It's hard to say if they'll be totally "irrelevant," but I highly doubt they will be anywhere near as prevalent with Trump not on the ticket.

(And I do not think Trump will be on the ticket in 2024.)

Is there some way for BLM and Me Too to be relevant in our popular culture/media but not in our electoral politics?  Because that would be ideal.

Everything is going to become an explicitly partisan issue. Washing your hands became an explicitly partisan issue. No point in bemoaning this, recognize it's already happened and the only thing left is to force change through by any means necessary.
