I motion to temporarily suspend Article II, Section 2 of the DA bylaws which require the convention to take place in Fremont, and instead all delegates to pick a location in an alternate region or do it virtually. The FM of Fremont, while he did take a stand against the violence, has continued to push the issue of Kansas' region with unnecessary and melodramatic verbiage that has brought the issue to the point where it slipped out of his control once again. Due to the failed assassination attempt of our beloved Governor Benson by radicalized Fremont terrorists happening so recently, I think it would be in the party's best interests to choose another region to host this convention.
