The Virgin Islands doesn't have a nameless governor. It's Chad D. Allen. Heck it's even on the main page here! Cmon, man!

I will request that the NC governor remain unnamed for the time being, as the Feds are in agreement that Yankee gets to name his governor.

In the meantime, unless LT or another Southerner objects, Mississippi's governor is Marcia Grenfell and Oklahoma's former Governor is Chris Pederson. I believe WB semi-jokingly named the former Alabama governor Jerry Jefferson but I'll leave it to other Feds to see what they think of that name.
I named him that just to have something to say in my article, but it's by no means canon.
