Biden will likely end up around 81.5 million votes when everything is counted
Trump will end up just shy of 75 million votes when counted.
Clinton 16 got 65.8 million votes while Trump 16 got 63 million
At minimum 65.8/81.5=0.8, meaning that atleast 20% of Biden voters did not vote for Clinton
At minimum 63/75=0.84, meaning that atleast 16% of this year's Trump supporters did not support him back in 2016.
Due to death, turnout differentials, coalition shifts, population growth, I would guess somewhere around 25% of Biden voters this year did not support Clinton 16 while around 20% of Trump supporters did not vote for him back in 2016
